We stand behind every piece. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back.

The policy

30 days. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

Condition. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. We can't accept items showing signs of wear, scent, or alteration.

Return shipping. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the buyer covers return shipping. We recommend a tracked service. We can't be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Final sale. Items marked final sale and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Faulty or incorrect items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right, at no cost to you.

    Send a note to team@growthworldco.com with your order number and the piece you'd like to return.

    Get instructions

    We'll reply within two business days with the return address and any forms you need.

    Send it back

    Pack the piece securely with tags attached and ship it with a tracked service.

    Refund

    Once received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method.
